The A1 Remote Diagnostics interface is a revolutionary tool designed to save repairers’ time, money, and hassle. The A1 Remote Interface allows the end user to plug into almost any vehicle, and be met instantly with a qualified remote technician, ready with the appropriate diagnostic tool to perform whatever function you request.  Once the job is completed, we will send you an invoice for the work carried out on the same day, and payment will be taken automatically 5 days later using our direct debit system.

There are thousands of applications of the A1 Remote Diagnostics interface, from ADAS to EV, and Gearboxes to Keys, we are on hand to assist in any way we can. While our technicians are working on your vehicle remotely, you can be free to do other tasks nearby, all we ask is that someone remains close to the vehicle to be able to chat to our technicians and perform basic tasks like ignition off/on, or locking the vehicle for 2 minutes.

Future Proof. You can’t say that about many diagnostic tools now, with the barrier of a secure gateway blocking aftermarket diagnostic tools from performing lots of basic functions on modern vehicles. Vehicles using secure gateways are: VW, AUDI, SEAT, SKODA, Mercedes, Nissan, Renault, Dacia, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Kia, and Hyundai, among others. Often the only way of getting past the secure gateways is using the main dealer diagnostic software, which is where we come in. Using genuine main dealer software allows us to bypass the secure gateway to perform functions like ADAS calibrations and basic settings. Alongside secure gateways, many vehicle manufacturers are now switching from the CAN BUS communication protocol to DoIP (Diagnostics over Internet Protocol) or CAN FD, these new protocols are able to transfer vast amounts of data to multiple ECU’s at the same time, and also allow vehicles to perform their own software updates while parked overnight, known as OTA (Over The Air) updates. The A1 Remote Diagnostic interface is fully DoIP and CAN FD ready, and we are already performing diagnostics on DoIP vehicles including Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, BMW, and VAG.

Included in the bundle is a GYSFLASH 30.12 PL battery support Unit, a mobile router and SIM card, and a 20 metre CAT 6 Ethernet cable.  While using the A1 Remote Diagnostics interface it is crucial that the vehicles battery is suitably maintained to stop the battery from depleting while the ignition is left on, the best way to do this is using a battery support unit. The GYSFLASH 30.12 PL by GYS is the minimum standard battery support unit we would recommend for diagnostics. It can support the vehicles 12 volt battery comfortably at around 12.7 volts when connected to mains power. The Mobile router allows you to use the A1 Remote while on the go, whether you are mobile and need to us it at a customers address, or if you want to use the A1 Remote for dynamic ADAS calibrations then the router allows you to stay connected to our technicians while we are working on your vehicle. The CAT 6 Ethernet cable is the best and most recommended way of connecting your A1 Remote Diagnostics interface to the internet for the strongest and most secure internet connection, and the 20 metre length allows for a large degree of flexibility for location.
