The safety-critical nature of the ADAS System means that accuracy is essential when it comes to calibrating the sensitive cameras and radar sensors used by these high tech systems.

This ADAS Solution enables precise and accurate calibration of camera and radar systems to OEM standards.

A critical factor in its ability to achieve such unfailing accuracy lies in the Digital CSC-Tool’s use of the vehicle’s rear axle (which determines the true geometrical axis of a vehicle) to ensure absolute alignment of the vehicle’s camera or radar sensor with the CSC-Tool’s Digital calibration panel.

Once calibration is complete a report will be generated as a permanent record of the complete and accurate ADAS calibration, in accordance with Thatcham Research guidelines, and the calibration results will be automatically saved in the Car History function of mega macs diagnostic tools.

The CSC-Tool Digital is a flexible, modular system that can be specified to meet a range of workshop requirements. It provides accurate results even in workshops without a completely level surface and a number of expansion kits extend both the CSC-Tool’s capability, and its compatibility with the ADAS technologies used by a broad range of vehicle manufacturers.
