Leapmotor C10 & B10 360° Around View Monitor (AVM) Calibration Mats

Our Leapmotor C10 & B10 AVM Calibration Mats are designed to accurately calibrate the vehicle’s 360° Around View Monitoring (AVM) system. The high-contrast patterns and precision-manufactured dimensional standards enable the AVM system to correctly identify and calibrate the position of each camera, ensuring the correct surround-view image is displayed to the driver. The result is a straightforward, accurate and consistent calibration process.

Please note: The Leapmotor T03 rear camera requires a dedicated 2-piece calibration mat set. Please refer to the Leap T03 Rear Camera ADAS Calibration Mats product for the correct calibration solution.

Every calibration mat is produced using specialised UV non-glare printing technology with advanced fully automated manufacturing processes. This ensures exceptional production accuracy across every set of mats.

The non-glare finish reduces the effect of workshop LED lighting, while each mat is printed onto 120 GSM fabric to provide excellent longevity and durability without compromising portability. The lightweight material makes the mats easy to transport and ideal for regular workshop use.

With frequent use, each set of calibration mats is estimated to have an approximately 3-year lifespan.

Weighing 15 kg less than equivalent vinyl versions, they are considerably easier for a single technician to carry, position and set up, helping to reduce handling time and improve efficiency in busy workshop environments.

The tightly woven 120 GSM waterproof material dries quickly if exposed to moisture, making these mats well suited to workshops where spills and damp floors are common.

For added convenience, each set folds neatly into the included storage bag, allowing compact storage in service vans. Their lightweight construction also makes it much easier to transport multiple manufacturer calibration mat sets without occupying excessive storage space.

Every mat is printed using high-quality UV Solvent inks—the same durable print technology used on vinyl alternatives. This provides sharp detail, excellent contrast and long-lasting print quality, even with frequent workshop use.

The matte finish helps reduce light refraction caused by modern overhead LED workshop lighting, minimising the risk of calibration errors or failed calibrations and supporting accurate, repeatable calibration results.
